Hamilton School received a generous donation of $500 from the Glen Rock Jaycees.  The Glen Rock Jaycees is a nonprofit organization that has been supporting and sponsoring a variety of community activities in Glen Rock and surrounding communities for decades.

And what did we do with the donation?

We are happy to report that we purchased 4 desk conversion kits to make the desks so that kids can stand to help with concentration. Along with our school's purchase, every classroom will have a stand up desk.

Thank you to the Jaycees for your generous donation!

The 2016 Spring Art Exhibition
Wednesday, May 11th - Thursday, May 12th

The exhibition will feature over 1,000 pieces of original artwork by all of the Hamilton art students, Kindergarten – 5th grades.

The Spring Art exhibition will include all of the yearly artwork as well as projects from the Artist in Residence programs, graciously funded by our HSA. Also featured will be original artwork from the Hamilton Art Club; 4th and 5th grade students.

I would like to ask that all art work displayed on the

Thank you for your support and cooperation throughout the year. I look forward to seeing you all at the exhibition.

Glen Rock will host the 13th annual Relay For Life from 1 pm Saturday, May 14 to 6 am Sunday, May 15 at Hamilton School. The event encompasses involvement of participants, supporters, and sponsors not only in Glen Rock, but in numerous nearby municipalities. Teams of people will walk the track in memory of a loved one lost to cancer, in honor of someone fighting cancer, and in recognition of a cancer survivor. The money raised supports groundbreaking cancer research, education and prevention programs, and critical services for people facing cancer.

We are encouraging our students here at Hamilton to take part in this endeavor, if desired.
