Thursday, May 26th
Beautification Day 2016 will be on Thursday, May 26th, 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm. We will be planting in all of our vegetable and flower beds.

What we need:
Parent Helpers by Grade -
The helpers will be responsible for overseeing the planting on the 26th. Please contact Carollyn Finegold @ if you can help. A few parents per grade would be best.

Donations - To make this event a success, we use 300+ plants. Can you share some plants or supplies with us? The plants can come from your backyard or from a nursery. Please see the Beautification Day Planting Wish List for details.

What your child needs to bring:
is required to participate in Beautification Day. But they should dress accordingly, and may bring in a trowel marked with your family name. There will be a bucket out in front of the school to collect them.

Interested in helping over the summer?
Sign up for our summer watering calendar. Details to follow.

Hamilton School received a generous donation of $500 from the Glen Rock Jaycees.  The Glen Rock Jaycees is a nonprofit organization that has been supporting and sponsoring a variety of community activities in Glen Rock and surrounding communities for decades.

And what did we do with the donation?

We are happy to report that we purchased 4 desk conversion kits to make the desks so that kids can stand to help with concentration. Along with our school's purchase, every classroom will have a stand up desk.

Thank you to the Jaycees for your generous donation!
